Rose & Thorn Awards

In 2002 Blackout Leather Productions, led by President Don Hood (Mr. Oregon State Leather 1998), recognized a need to honor the people and businesses in Oregon’s Leather Community for their ongoing activities, dedication, and service to the community. To accomplish this, Blackout created the Rose & Thorn Awards.
